RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Aweare Wellness, we want you to love your purchase! However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return and exchange process easy and worry-free. Please take a moment to review our policy below:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
  • Timeframe: We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached. Please ensure your product is returned in the same packaging for proper handling.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and any personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

UAE RETURNS
  • If you're located in the UAE, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • For exchanges, please return your item, and once processed, you can place a new order.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
  • For international returns, shipping costs are not covered. The return delivery fee will be deducted from the refund amount after we’ve received and inspected the items.

  • Please note, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
  1. Contact Us: Email info@awearewellness.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

  2. Prepare Your Package: Once your return is approved, securely pack the items in their original packaging and ensure they are in returnable condition.

  3. Send It Back: We will provide a return shipping label for domestic UAE returns. For international returns, shipping fees will apply.

REFUNDS
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original form of payment.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and any applicable delivery costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
